Be the coordinating link between development projects and external partners

Playing a pivotal role between our development projects and our external test partners you will build the best in class test set up for the future.
Planning, coordination, test methods, documentation, reviews…
We are on journey towards establishing a medical device setup to handle future biologic drug portfolio, and with most of the hands-on test work outsourced, you will interact with a large range of stakeholders. You will ensure a high level of compliance and efficient test execution with a focus on continuous optimisation of test methods.
More specifically, your primary tasks will be:
Plan, coordinate and follow up on tests made by external test houses Perform and review test protocols and reports Be responsible for verification planning and design control documentation Develop new test methods and optimise existing methods
To succeed, you must build a good understanding of various external test partners’ methods and strengths allowing you to match the task at hand with the right partner. Our focus spans from pre-filled syringes towards auto-injectors and more advanced drug delivery systems.
Medical device experience and motivation for an outgoing role
We are looking for a profile that likes to be trusted with major responsibility, and someone who enjoys the freedom to find the best way forward. You will be our team’s dedicated test specialist; a strong team player with the ability to handle and solve numerous tasks simultaneously. You are results orientated with a systematic approach, and you thrive in a role with multiple stakeholders in an international and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
An engineering degree or similar Minimum 3 years’ experience from working with medical devices Design control knowledge Hands-on test experience including knowledge of ISO 11608-1 and ISO 11040 and good documentation practice Good English skills, written and spoken
Injection devices – your new team
You will join a team of 9 skilled and highly motivated colleagues in Injection Devices based at LEO Pharma’s HQ in Ballerup. Together we are responsible for delivering product solutions across medical devices, drug-device combination products and device constituent parts from early ideation until transfer to commercial manufacturers. At LEO Pharma, your output is valued, and you will be empowered as to make a real difference.
In line with our ambitious growth journey aiming to strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology, we are looking to developing and expanding the presence in the injectable biologics area. We also support the long marketed Innohep® product against thrombosis.
As a team we share a passion for breaking new land in an environment characterised by helpfulness, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
