Creating best in class learning experiences in LEO Pharma
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. Developing new competencies is a key enabler for LEO Pharma in succeeding with our strategy, therefore LEO Pharma Academy is currently being built and we are looking for new passionate learning professionals to join our team. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for analyzing learning needs and transforming them into impactful learning designs by creating best in class learning experiences that ensure impactful learning in the flow of work that support the overall LEO Pharma strategy.
LEO Pharma Academy is a part of LEO Pharma’s Strategy Execution and Change unit with a big agenda. Becoming part of our team will give you the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
The Learning Experience designer will:
Uncover learning needs and objectives by designing and facilitating workshops with content SME’s within LEO Pharma Create impactful and engaging learning journeys that make learners come back for more Produce learning journeys including digital learning deliveries and create learning flows in our Learning experience portal (LXP) Work with data analytics to show correlation between learning, engagement and business outcome Develop best in class learning assets that meet global standards
Other Tasks:
The Learning Experience Designer will have an active role in setting up, implementing and rolling out the new Learning Experience Portal to all of LEO Pharma globally. You will participate in a network of learning professionals in LEO Pharma, share best practice and collaborate across our organization. As you will be part of a newly established team you will also play an active part in creating a great L&D team where we build on each other’s strengths, work agile, deliver high quality learning to the business and have a lot of fun.
Your qualifications
You have deep knowledge in learning and keep your knowledge sharp by following the newest research and trends. You are experienced in digital learning (videographer, storyteller etc.) and in creating engaging digital learning designs. You also know how to balance digital with other learning activities to ensure the highest impact. You work well together with subject matters experts and engage your stakeholders when co-creating learning journeys. You have experience with building impactful learning experiences in a global company and you are motivated by being part of a newly established function in LEO Pharma.
Professional competencies:
Degree in learning, HR, Digital solutions, Business Psychology etc. 5+ years of experience in learning Strong track record in agile ways of working Subject matter expert on future digital learning: systems, MOOCs, VR, AI, machine learning and proven record on creating seamless just-in-time and data driven learning in the flow of work Mastery in English, written and spoken
Skills such as agility, creativity, collaboration and communicating effectively are critical. In addition, you are structured, good at planning and you know that impact data is key. You are analytical & strategic and driven by turning it into deliveries, tangible results and business impact.
Your new team
You will be part of a newly established team of dedicated learning professionals. We will work closely together with the team in Strategy Execution & Change who are driving LEO Pharma’s transformational journey. In addition to yourself, 3-5 two learning professionals are expected to join our team in 2019.
