You'll be part of a larger global UX & design community, working alongside product owners, designers, qual & quant researchers, data scientists, engineering teams, and more.
The role is anchored in our Design team, where your strong background in information architecture and user-centred design will set you up well to design world class, personalised user experiences.
You will work across a range of digital products and collaborate with various teams to design and ensure seamless, optimised customer experience. You will drive design thinking workshops, inspire and fuel innovation, turn insights into ideas and ideas into reality.

• Strong practical experience in delivering strong customer-facing digital experiences and working as part of a mature, cross-functional agile team
• Strong user-centric mindset and approach to design
• Capable of traversing complex problems requiring strong analytical skills as well as abstract, and creative design patterns
Experience of working with complex data models and taxonomies and creating interfaces optimised for a range of different users.
A good understanding and hands-on experience of the tools and techniques used to help translate data into design; e.g card sorting, mental modelling etc.
Ability to translate research findings into a design strategy or UI design.
• Good at visualising and communicating your solutions to stakeholders
• Working structured with the tasks at hand and deliver in line with the expectations set
• Have experience working in an agile team is a plus
• Believe in an evidence-based, continuous improvement culture
• Be happy in an environment that is undergoing large change.
