1. JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibility of the Design Operations Specialist is to assist the Creative Team in scaling and amplifying design processes, as well as fostering strong relationships across the marketing department.
The primary tasks are to unify our brand design language by working on our design system and streamlining our templates for the rest of our teams to build their own branded assets. The designer will focus on tooling and automations to free up designers to focus on the creative work, while also being able to take on ad-hoc design tasks. The designer’s goal is to keep the design standards of the creative team at the highest possible level.
The designer will be part of the Marketing department, and will help build an efficient and scalable design infrastructure that generates high-quality design delivery.
2. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review our current design and development processes and optimize for cross-collaboration.
- Collect and document our design assets to build up our design system.
- Optimize for the integrity of the creative team’s toolbox.
- Create templates in order to support the different teams in building branded assets.
- Ensure templates modularity with an assets library.
- Create digital assets for marketing stakeholders.
- Support the team lead in building, managing, and executing our roadmap.

4. WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3+ years experience in graphic design and design operations.
- A portfolio that highlights works on commercial & marketing campaigns.
- Fully proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with building and/or maintaining a design system.
- Great oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to communicate UX and design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work well within a team environment
