HR Compliance Manager is a new role created in order to secure quality and efficiency of HR Compliance in our headquarters in Denmark. The HR Compliance Manager will be process-owner for all QMS and GDPR processes in HR and thus be responsible for process development and maintenance, and administration related to both QMS and GDPR.

Even though the role mainly has a local scope, you will be a member of a global HR team, and take on a Center of Excellence role to support the Radiometer subsidiaries globally as needed. You will work closely with other functions in the company especially QA and support people managers in the organization. Sustainment of the HR compliance with the requirements of various auditing bodies (FDA, BSI, etc.) and representing HR in audits will be a critical success criterion in this role as well. The role does not include people manager responsibilities.

About the area of business, colleague and/or manager

In this new role, you will be part of an international and fantastic HR team with a direct report to Sr. Manager Susanne Guldmann.Some of your responsibilities in the role would be:

• Secure compliance excellence through analysis of Compliance performance metrics and sustained continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and Support people managers and associates in procedures owned by HR

• Establish, maintain and develop HR standard operating procedures related to the Quality management system

• Administration related to HR Compliance

• GDPR in corporation with Legal team

Qualifications

We expect you have a relevant master’s or bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other higher education. We also prefer that you are proficient in both English and Danish.

• Documented experience with Audits as a subject matter expert (SME)

• Experience with Project Management

• Experience with QMS compliance from a larger organization, including CAPAs, NCRs and QMS document “ownership”.

• Stakeholder management

• Knowledge of GDPR or willing to learn
