Our team is on a mission to design great user experiences that help our 1.4 million web customers in creating, maintaining, and growing their web presence.
We are looking for a motivated UX-Research Intern to help us build products that meet our customers' real needs.

What you'll be doing
As an intern at one.com you will be part of the UX & Design Team consisting of 7 passionate designers that work on many different products. During your time with us, you'll be working alongside our UX Researcher on a user journey mapping project. We want you to get a chance to practice all phases of the UX research process, so you will be involved in participant recruitment, conducting in-depth interviews with real people, analysing and synthesising raw data, and preparing deliverables. The end product of your work with us will be a complete user journey.

We expect you to
- Be a team player that likes to help out and get things done.
- Have a passion for human-centred digital product design.
- Have a fundamental understanding of User Research and User Experience Design.
- Know how to conduct research interviews and uncover insights from raw data.
- Have some experience with using Figma or similar software to create wireframes/ prototypes.
- Be currently pursuing a Masters degree from an accredited university relevant to research, digital user experience, digital product design or similar.
- Visual design/UI skills are a bonus!
