Would you like to be a part of designing and implementing digital products and services that will drive growth and improve customer experience? In a unique field of specialized products, we are seeking a highly motivated UX specialist to join our digital service team of 6 passionate employees and strengthen the development of new service products.

What is the candidate’s primary tasks?
As our UX specialist, the focus is on collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, to understand and align with the objectives of our digital service platforms. This involves creating user-friendly designs for an enhanced customer experience. The UX specialist collaborates with the development team to seamlessly integrate these, ensuring a service platform that resonates with and enhances the customer journey. Thorough user research and usability testing optimize the overall customer experience, with continuous design refinements+ based on valuable customer feedback to align with the customers evolving needs.

Your primary responsibilities as a UX specialist include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly within the service department, to understand product requirements and objectives for our digital service platforms.
- Craft user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Foster strong relationships with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the service platform
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to enhance and optimize the user experience for the service platform.
- Iteratively refine designs based on feedback and insights gathered from user testing within the service and business development context.
How to succeed in this position?
It is an advantage if you have:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
- Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting previous UX design projects.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Possible experience with building and maintaining design systems
- Passion and curiosity for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
