Team and Role
As a Software Test Engineer at , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced software solutions. You will be part of the Test Management Team, working with experienced testers and test leads within Multi Domain Systems such as Land, Air, Space, and Cyberspace. Occasionally, you will work on the maturation of methods, tools, and processes, and participate in test activities to ensure project delivery.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with other team members to develop and execute test plans, estimate testing efforts, and create detailed test procedures and automated tests. Your work will involve both manual testing and the creation of automated tests to ensure thorough coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in testing activities in software development, with an understanding of what to test, where, and when, and how tools can support this. Documented knowledge of testing with agile development methods (Scrum) as well as more project-oriented processes is essential, along with an understanding of the values created by Continuous Integration and Delivery. A knowledge of software testing principles combined with certification in ISTQB, TMAP, or similar is required. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a real passion for testing and a flair for test management.
Additionally, we expect you to be passionate about your work, actively follow through on tasks, and thrive in a complex and highly specialized environment. You should be capable of devising ways to improve processes, supporting the team, and taking pride in communicating and acting proactively with teammates and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and excellent articulation in writing and speaking, at a minimum in English, preferably also in Danish, are essential.
