The job
The role of Learning Content Developer is new in Bunker Holding. As such, you will be shaping the role based on your key individual skills and experience. Your primary responsibility includes ensuring the ongoing maintenance and transformation of the existing induction training program (Trading Introduction Program, TIP) including content refresh, developing and delivering additional courses and enhancing our employees’ learning service. About you
Your qualifications are 1-5 years directly related experience preferably in an international organisation. Throughout your degree and career, you have demonstrated that you are able to quickly build and maintain strong business relationships. You probably have a university degree within business administration, organisation and IT or similar. It is important that you are up to date on e-learning tools. Learning Management Systems as well as SOME. It will be an advantage if you know several creator tools such as video recording, animation programs etc.
From a personal point of view this position requires a team player who is organised and motivated to both learn and teach. You can effectively communicate complex material fluently in English to a broad audience. This role will also require effective communication with internal as well as external cross-functional teams.

The job
The role of Learning Content Developer is new in Bunker Holding. As such, you will be shaping the role based on your key individual skills and experience. Your primary responsibility includes ensuring the ongoing maintenance and transformation of the existing induction training program (Trading Introduction Program, TIP) including content refresh, developing and delivering additional courses and enhancing our employees’ learning service. Additionally, you will:
- Provide support and guidance in the continuous development of digital training tools and learning paths through our LMS platform
- Interact with key stakeholders to prioritise needs, requests, content and form aligned with the training and sales objectives in our business.
- Ensure implementation of training through Sales Managers in a Train the Trainer structure.
- Follow-up on training completion and training impact on key KPIs to identify performance development and quality.
About you
