Georg Jensen is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong focus on developing and executing web & CRM graphic tasks as well as delivering and supporting tactical marketing campaigns with creatives concepts and assets. We are expanding our Brand Marketing Creative department and therefore, we are looking for a new member to join our team of dedicated and passionate colleagues, consisting of two Graphic Designers, and a Copy Writer.
You will report to the Creative Lead and the position is located at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, right next to public transport and Frederiksberg Gardens.

The role
The position is a developing role with focus on designing tactical marketing campaigns, CRM and web design. You will be responsible for creating consistency in design and navigation between Web and CRM channels, together with creating and maintaining digital user guides and guidelines.
The criteria for success in this position is being able to convert creative concepts and tactical messaging into a premium and high end visual expression that puts the customer at the centre of the communication.
It is also important that you have great stakeholder management skills to be able to follow through on collaborative projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Creating initial web/CRM concepts and developing design templates integrating user-centred design
- Produce customer journeys, page layouts, CRM layouts/ templates and UI specification deliverables
- Support in the creation of future standardized design systems for CRM, and Web design guidelines
- Implement, roll out, execute, and safeguard guidelines and design systems
- Website design assessment and maintenance
- Facilitate dialog around end-user requirements and business requirements
- Provide guidance and support in development of new systems to ensure user interface designs are implemented and up to standards
Your Profile:
- Strong understanding and adaptation of work to end-user/customer
- An innovative mindset to develop and execute intuitive solutions with platform capabilities, constraints, and technical limitations
- Comfortable in collaborative environment (part of Brand Marketing Creative team team with a dedicated focus on supporting and delivering solutions for the CX team)
- Delivers strong graphic and creative executions of high standards
- Understanding balancing a luxury brand while executing on commercial campaigns and agendas
- Business proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Experience with Adobe CC suit and Microsoft office suit
- Ability to work on Windows
- Animation/ motion graphics is a plus
- Html 5 and CSS3 is a plus
