As a part of the transformation, we are seeking an exceptional candidate for a vacant visual design role within the Maersk design system team – based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key responsibilities


As a visual designer, you will work closely together with our senior visual designer as well as the rest of the team to shape the best design system in the world. A key part of your work will be to reaching out and collaborating with various product teams and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure a design system that is based not only on UX best practices, but also on real-world business contexts and user needs.

We are looking for


4+ years of experience as a visual designer – in-house or at an agency
- Excellent practical experience with one of the major design and prototyping tools e.g., Figma, Sketch etc. • Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships • Resourcefulness and creativity to overcome design constraints • Analytical skills and customer-centred approach • Collaborative mindset, open to feedback • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing • A commitment to continual learning • Experience in working in an international environment is useful
