Emply is looking for a new Digital Designer with the character to take on the UI design process of Emply's design team. You will be part of a team where you will design new products for our HR platform but also support our marketing team with visual guidelines. Therefore, you must always dare to challenge ideas internally and simplify the complicated tasks. You will work with programs such as the Adobe-suite, Sketch and other digital design platforms. You will be able to deliver proof-of-concept with descriptions to our developers - therefore, you must be good at communicating in Danish and English - both in writing and orally.
Your tasks:
- Design projects through the entire product lifecycle and maintain Emply's visual identity
- Produce prototypes and concepts and facilitate exploration of new and innovative solutions
- Be part of the strategic-design process – interpret complex requirements, and illustrate the ideal user experience
- Be responsible for description and handover proof of concept (ex. Mobile App sketches) to Emply's developers
- Learn from fellow team members
About you:
- You care about details and have a curious mind that can turn ideas into actual designs
- You have proven UX/UI design skills and can both sketch and make final designs
- You are a team player and appreciate working together across teams
- You can express your ideas orally and written in fluent Danish and English
- You have 5+ years of experience and preferably an online portfolio to share
