Visual Designer

Plecto is looking for a strong visual designer that can help elevate our visual communication to the next level!

We are on a mission to create the world’s no 1. performance platform to help professionals all over the world perform at their best level. In order to do so we need world class visuals in our product, our marketing material and in our documentation.

In other words you will be working in the intersection between Product design, Product Marketing and Corporate Branding. Where you’ll help define our visual style and make sure it adheres to our brand guidelines.

Examples of things you’ll do at Plecto:

• Design high performing landing pages for our commercial website.
• Create stunning infographics to help communicate the value proposition of Plecto or to illustrate complex workflows in a simple way on our help site or directly in the product.
• Create illustrations and icons to improve the UX of our product.
• Guide our product designers and help them solve particularly complex visual designs.
• Optimize our sales and product presentations to be beautiful and communicative within our branding guidelines.
• Help conceptualize and design completely new ways of visualizing data on our dashboards.

Who are you?

We care more about your portfolio than your formal background, but you do have some years of experience under your belt. We expect you to come in and set the bar higher, so you will need to teach us and not the other way around. We don’t hire highly skilled people to tell them how to do their job. On the other hand we expect you to be able manage stakeholders and transform and elevate their ideas into the right designs for the situation.

Maybe you worked as an art director or digital designer in an agency or maybe you’ve worked in a similar role in another Saas company and helped move the needle there.

In any case you are a talented creative that is able to create illustrations and beautiful designs and convey information visually in an easily understandable way.
