Become our first product manager and take product management to the next level at Plecto.

We are on a mission to create the world’s no 1. performance platform to help professionals all over the world perform at their best level. To do that we are rapidly scaling our product team, which is expected to almost double in size in the coming year. This is where you come into the picture. With a growing number of teams and stakeholders, we now need to raise the bar on product management.
As the product manager in Plecto, you will own the Product Roadmap and work closely with key stakeholders from top management and key accounts as well as the product teams to define and align a realistic product roadmap. That includes conceptualizing and refining ideas, taking them from infancy to well defined user stories, and supporting the product teams with knowledge and insights during implementation.
Since you will be the first Product manager we don’t have a well defined process for how to do product management. That’s why we are hiring you, and that also means that you need to bring the relevant experience to establish the processes and that you get excited about the opportunity to be a part of building out the product management function in a fast growing scaleup.
