At Emerson Marine in Naestved, which is also the headquarter of 513 employees worldwide, you are part of the R&D and Solution Management department of appr. 24 dedicated and highly skilled colleagues across two sites, and delivering projects globally to sites in Europe, Asia and Americas.
We are looking for a person to join our R&D team for New Product Developments, where you will work together with experts to develop new innovative products. You will be part of a group of dedicated developers where support, discussions and teamwork are important values.
You will be our Technical Lead on projects involving development of hardware, electrical and embedded products, where you will manage the development together with external partners of Electrical products, Hardware, PCB, Firmware. You will also be a key player in making our execution of projects more efficient and influence the organization with new ways of thinking and working.
If you are an experienced Project Manager you will have the chance to lead cross-organization teams to mature new product ideas, develop the product and successfully launching it to market. Do you have less experience in project management, Emerson will -in time- make sure you become a great success and give you the tools.

Hardware design and development
- Be the Technical Lead in New Product Development projects
- Use your knowledge and expertise to drive the development of embedded electrical products, such as hardware, PCB and firmware products and test-equipment
- Write specification, Tests and Documentation for new products.
- Manage external partners as part of the development process
- Report status and progress on meetings
- Work with external knowledge hubs in the conceptualization phase like marine hubs, universities, etc. Participate and help improve the innovation processes and lead feasibility studies
- Follow the launched products to be successful in the market with booking performance tracking
