We are looking for a Reception Supervisor who is quality conscious and detail oriented. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many different tasks.

We are looking for profiles who are highly service-oriented and have an eye for detail. Good service comes naturally to you and you are a good communicator. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many people around you, but also thrive on working independently. As a Receptionist, you must have a good overview and be able to remain calm even in busy situations.

Your Match for the Position

You love guests and value creating memorable experiences. You are able to think for yourself and can maintain an overview and humor - even when it is busy. You have a professional education as a receptionist or experience from a similar position. You are able to build and maintain solid operational standards and procedures and you can teach and inspire your team. You are financially astute, and you have business acumen and can sell when guests enquire. You are willing to work evenings and weekends and understand that there are many working days in the high season. You follow up and put yourself in the guests’ shoes. You are not afraid to pour a beer or shake our signature cocktail. You can create a good atmosphere in our bar and lounge area. You are committed, stable, conscientious and can work independently. You live within a reasonable commuting distance to Bandholm - alternatively, we can provide accommodation for you permanently og temporarily.
