Your Profile
We are looking for a creative and enterprising full-time Head Waiter/Sommelier, who is quality conscious and detail oriented. You must be able to inspire and excite and deliver service that people will travel far for - both to our gourmet restaurant, Brasserie and our many parties and conferences.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many different tasks. You are in control of your craft and know that it is teamwork that creates success. You have equal professional pride and respect for both the raw materials and unnecessary waste. You do not compromise on the guest's experience and you must have a desire to teach and learn from others, as well as think in new directions.
Your Match for the Position
You want to work in a strong team spirit. You have a professional education as a waiter/sommelier or experience from relevant positions You are able to think for yourself and can maintain an overview and humor - even when it is busy. You are committed, stable and conscientious. You live within a reasonable commuting distance to Bandholm. Alternatively, we can provide accommodation
You report directly to the hotel director.
We can offer you:
