In this role, you will build, deploy and mature our compensation and reward procedures and governance on group level. Doing so, you will support the continuously digitalising of our ways of working, enabling us to be fully GDPR and data privacy compliant. You will join our Group People & Culture Services team, and will work closely with the rest of our international centre of Excellence Team, the regional centres, local management and HR Business Partners. With engaged colleagues you will be building group-wide processes and policies, establishing clear process ownership and regionalising the P&C organisation.

Your qualifications
You can bring to the position a relevant theoretical education, and you combine your theoretical background with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in larger organizations, where you have in-depth experience with Compensation & Rewards. You have functional and hands-on knowledge in driving corporate compensation processes in a matrix organisation, and have a solid understanding of HR processes. You like to participate in projects, but you also appreciate working independently with smaller development tasks digitalising our ways of working. In this role, you will need the ability to work across borders and cultures.
On a more personal level, you organize and manage your tasks with considerable initiative, impact and structure. You have high level communications skills and are organized and disciplined in implementing projects and support tasks. You are ambitious and empathetic, and spend time on listing to and understanding the stakeholders in the different countries. You challenge status quo when you see opportunities for creating better business results. You are ready to travel to the extend needed to support and implement Compensation & Rewards changes in the business units (expected maximum 15 days in a year).

Other responsibilities include:
- Build the compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, models for salary benchmarking, corporate bonus programs, etc.
- Ensure the data quality as you work closely together with the relevant colleagues regarding compensation-related data
- Drive the annual activities, such as the corporate bonus scheme, bonus pay out and the annual salary review through the regional C&R communities across Europe
- Act as subject matter expert for market data/market knowledge and support to coordinate with relevant stakeholder’s annual surveys from Mercer and other local “best of breeds”
- Lead IPE evaluations based on Mercer methodology
- Train and educate relevant HR partners and people managers in C&R principles and guidelines
