<p>If you want to deliver first-class HR Business Partner services to Ramboll and you have several years of experience within HR, you now could become part of Ramboll, a global company with more than 17,000 experts within a wide platform of engineering services and management consulting.</p><p>We are looking for a maternity cover who can join us in October or November. As Ramboll is a large organization with great development there is a likely possibility that the position will become permanent.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner</strong></p><p>As HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Ramboll you will work closely with managers and employees in the Buildings and Transport divisions in both Jutland, Funen and Copenhagen. Ramboll is a "people business" and the development of our employees and managers is key to provide world-class projects and growing our business.</p><p>The role of HRBP is key in supporting the business development with high-performance requirements for business growth. You will have a broad area of responsibility within strategic HR services in both a local and a global context.</p><p>You will be part of the HR Business Partner team for Denmark, which covers all business units in Ramboll Denmark. You will work closely with Senior Directors and Heads of Department in support of the strategic development of the business as “trusted advisor” while at the same time you will be responsible for implementing Ramboll's global HR processes with a strong focus on leadership and leadership development as well as working with talent development and succession planning. There is a clear desire and demand that HR supports the development of Ramboll's business, and thus you will have great opportunities to work independently into the business and contribute with your insight and high professionalism.</p><p>The HRBP role covers the divisions Buildings and Transport in Denmark with main focus on locations in Jutland, Funen and Copenhagen. You will provide counselling, coaching and support to managers within a wide range of HR services. You will establish yourself as a “trusted advisor” and proactively identify business challenges and actions to support the business.</p><p>The responsibilities of our new HRBP will be:</p><ul><li>Implementation and support of the annual HR processes in our annual wheel, including the PDP process, engagement survey, appointment process, succession planning and talent development, as well as support of the annual salary review process</li><li>Support employee relationships and organisational change processes</li><li>Coaching and sparring of managers at different levels</li><li>Drive the development of talents and successor’s</li><li>Advise on salary and terms</li></ul><p><strong>You and your competencies</strong></p><p>Your success in the role will depend on your ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships. You have a strong business knowledge and understand what factors contribute to a healthy and profitable business. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience acting in the role of Project Manager and can handle projects and processes of different sizes in a trusted and structured way.</p><p>The ideal candidate has/is:</p><ul><li>A relevant master's degree</li><li>Several years of experience from different HR roles and at least 2 years of experience from a similar HRBP role from preferably a larger complex knowledge-intensive company</li><li>A structured working style and ability to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding working environment</li><li>Work proactively with high energy and can effectively handle many tasks and deliveries in a complex business environment</li><li>Robust, change-oriented and have experience in coaching and sparring with managers at different levels</li><li>A good sense of humour and can work both independently and in teams</li><li>Strong communication skills and good at building relationships with great impact both in relation to people and organisational changes</li><li>Fluent in Danish and English - verbally and in writing</li></ul><p><strong>Join the HR Business Partner team Denmark</strong></p><p>You will be part of the HR Department Denmark, which is a part of Ramboll’s global HR setup. We are approximately 25 dedicated HR professionals in Denmark currently on an exciting journey of growth, globalisation and change. As a part of this we are looking through our HR service deliverables, to ensure that we are equipped to accommodate both present and future demands from the business.
