The role


We are looking to strengthen our Global HR & Communication department, offering a newly established position as Jr. HR Business Partner. You will join a small, dynamic, and ambitious team, servicing both HQ and our many exciting global markets.

In CO-RO, we firmly believe that our biggest asset is our people. In continuation hereof, you will play a pivotal part in making our employees flourish and enable them to deliver on business targets. You will earn own business partner responsibility and delve into several HR disciplines – e.g., performance management, recruitment, development, engagement, training, onboarding and more.

You will report to the VP, closely collaborating with colleagues in your team and directing focus where support is needed. Not least, you will constitute a valued team member in implementing the global HR strategy. The focal point of the role is local, concentrating your efforts on our HQ – covering the full value chain from new product innovation and development to final product manufactured at our large site in Frederikssund, north of Copenhagen. In addition, you will support colleagues on global people initiatives and projects.

Your profile


You hold a relevant Master’s degree, e.g., in Business Management, HR, Organisational Development, Psychology or equivalent.

You likely possess a few of years of relevant experience, having familiarized yourself with best-practice HR processes within either performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development etc. Now being ready to set sail towards further development of your skill set and next phase of your career.

You hold a consultancy mind-set – entailing that influencing, advising, and communicating across all levels of the organisation, from CEO to Warehouse Worker, comes easy and natural to you. You must thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Experience with navigating in a complex global setup, working across cultures with local, regional, and global tiers, will serve valuable in our selection for the role.

On a personal note, you are a distinct team player, humble, not afraid to speak your mind, and driven by curiosity.

You possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, accustomed to conveying your message through strong PowerPoint slides.
