A bit about your new role:

As an HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding them through organizational changes and addressing people-related topics. Your contributions will blend strategic insights with practical solutions across areas such as:

  • Talent management, succession planning and personal development plans.

  • Building strong employe relations

  • Leadership coaching and development initiatives

  • Organizational design, recruitments, and change management

  • This role directly supports key Group Functions, including Group IT, Procurement, Legal, CSR, and Finance.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals. You’ll be part of three leadership teams within Group IT and support all people managers and employees across the Group Functions.

  • Lead recruitment efforts and support hiring managers in attracting & selecting best fit for the role in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition.

  • Facilitate team development initiatives to enhance collaboration and performance.

  • Drive the HR annual wheel of performance management, talent management, engagement survey, salary adjustments etc.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive informed decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees and leaders. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a growth mindset.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.

  • Proven experience in HR, in everything from talent management to conflict resolution

  • Some familiarity with HR systems (great if you have experience with SuccesFactors) and data-driven decision-making.
  • You speak and write English fluently, and you excel in stakeholder management.

This position is placed within our Group HR Team with a permanent base at our HQ in Faxe.

In the team, you will find colleagues covering functions such as HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HRIS, as well as Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
