The company has ambitious growth plans along the following vectors:

MAIN TASKS

The position is new in the organization and reports as already mentioned above to the HR Director in the head office abroad. This part time (two days a week) HR Manager should be aware of “hands on” and operational approach to the tasks.

The tasks will be within the overall company and Human Resources strategies, and in close cooperation with local operational business leaders ao.:

- delivers HR-services to the Competence Center in DK and the sales organization in other Scandinavian country

- Supervise and roll-out and/or implementation of HR strategies, policies, plans and processes

- Ensures and contribute to optimal deployable and qualified staffing

- Plays a key role in facilitating the cultural transformation in the company in order to contribute to the evolution towards a high performance organization.

- Plays a key role in facilitating the cultural differencies between the countries to make sure to optimise and strengthen the cooperation and communication

Key activities

  1. General HR administration, labour law issues, recruiting, onboarding and other operational activities.
  2. Advises on HR (domain) policies, labour law and monitors the implementation in the organization
  3. Ensure that policies optimally direct mid/long term activities for the assigned area and are compliant with global company group strategy
  4. Coaches and influences line managers on important HR issues in general and in assessing performance and potential of employees in particular. Assists them in creating an appropriate work climate
  5. Ensure that at all times sufficient and appropriate competencies are available to deliver the expected results of the supported area
  6. Brings potential issues and solutions to the attention of business leaders, communicates and shows an interest in people’s concerns and problems. Builds trusting relationships with leaders, peers, employees and unions and has the courage to tell (senior) leaders his/her sound judgement
  7. Maintain trust in employee & labour relationships and enable a positive labour atmosphere
  8. Guarantees that the interests of the employees are taken into account in the defined solutions
  9. Understands the type of environment the organization needs for high performance. Defines, creates and implements organizational development plans
  10. Contribute to and enable the cultural transformation company needs to deliver the results and to support the development of an effective leadership culture within the company

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Full HR function - +/- 100 People
  • Has a formal mentoring or coaching role
  • Leadership experience
  • Like to work on a administration, operational, tactical and strategy level


  • TRAVEL ACTIVITY

    Some travel activity, primarily traveling the company's head office

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor or Master in HR Management, HD-O (or equivalent) and/or +/- 5 years of experience

    LAUNGUAGE

    Danish native speaker – fluent in English, which is the international language within the company group.

    Good in oral and written communication
