You will be working In the Total Nordic Hub that operates Total’s Marketing & Services activities in the Nordic countries; Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland & Iceland through four affiliates: Total Denmark A/S, Total Norge AS, Total Sweden AB & Total M&S Finland Oy, with its headquarter located in Copenhagen in Denmark.
Total Nordic Hub activities are: Sale of Bitumen products, Automotive and Industry lubricants, Special Fluids and Aviation fuels. Assets include a Bitumen depot in Helsingborg (Sweden), lubricants depot in Denmark, Jet Al participation in airport pools in Copenhagen. In addition, the NORDIC hub outsources further logistics depots in Nordic countries.

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will be responsible for all daily HR related activities of Total Nordic in close relation with your HR colleagues from Exploration & Production and your manager; the Managing Director of the Total Nordic Hub. You will work with a variety of strategic, tactical and administrative tasks related to Total’s people ambition “Better Together”, implementation of the HR policy, payroll administration while also being the daily HR contact person. In addition, you will be overall accountable for the services performed by the HR colleagues from E&P who operate and excel in activities related to recruitment, training, talent development and employer law legislation. Due to the very broad work scope, there will be plenty of learning and development opportunities depending on what you bring into the role of personal ambition.

The HR Manager will have the following responsibilities:
  • Propose and implement the HR policy at Total Nordic hub level by ensuring the compliance with the local legislation and Total Group
  • Ensure the communication and application of ethical rules and corporate culture
  • Coordinate and facilitate Total Group and local HR Projects like; Total Survey, Diversity Days, APV survey with relevant stakeholders
  • Set KPIs for the HR services performed and delivered by E&P colleagues and provide ongoing feedback
  • Stakeholder management and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Guarantee the reliability of the HR function and assist the Managing Director in various HR tasks
  • HR contact person for all Nordic employees (approx. 60 people)
  • Support the business and HR during projects and execution of development and effectiveness initiatives
  • Undertake relevant project activities covering full project cycle
  • Create and maintain all HR related employment contracts and addendums for employees in the Nordic
  • Update and maintain HR systems with HR data and input
  • Ensure the follow-up of the payroll budget and forecast as well as its correct implementation. Responsible for the payroll provider activities

This position calls for an experienced HR professional who addresses the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. Your background
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar HR functions
  • Able to adapt to diverse cultures across the region, business minded and able to handle complexity and diverse tasks
  • Very strong management and communication skills
  • Interact professionally and proactively with your key stakeholders
  • Work independently and take full ownership of your work
  • Effective in building relations and networks
  • Fluent written and spoken in Danish and English, understanding of other Scandinavian languages or French would be an advantage
