As a C&B Consultant in our C&B team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence on the HR agenda by managing and developing a portfolio of programs supporting the business strategy. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies making an impact on the rewards policies and practices. Furthermore, you will get to use your knowledge and experience applying your analytical mindset and flair for numbers supporting the development and proliferation of the TotalEnergies danish rewards philosophy within the organization. Finally, you will have the opportunity to have an instrumental role in delivering market analysis and reporting to support the C&B frameworks and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insights and assessment of externally lead due diligence on the application of the TotalEnergies Share Programs and the legal ramifications hereunder the appropriateness of implementation in Total Denmark.
  • Responsible for the execution stage of the Total Capital program hereunder engaging with External providers and activities linked to tax reporting for income tax compliance and optimization (preferential tax scheme application).
  • Support HRBP’s in the Performance Share Grant (AP) process in Denmark, to ensure alignment criteria’s are observed and guide them in the application of the tools.
  • Develop and significantly improve supportive materials for the share programs and ensure that they are timely available to ensure compliance with the global program and with Danish provision in the Stock Option Act.
  • Reporting to external and internal surveys on Compensation and Benefits data.
  • Support development and validation of Total Denmark’s compensation and benefits structure through analytics and assessment of the results.
  • Support development and validation of Total Denmark’s Compensation and Benefits policies hereunder Tax support, and Company Car policy, whereby working closely with external partners in regard to the appropriateness.
