Key Responsibilities
You will become part of the HR Training and Talent Development team, which is responsible for managing training for TotalEnergies Upstream Denmark. As Student Assistant you will report to the HR Business Partner – and support the team in delivering an ambitious and busy training and talent development agenda.
Overall, you will be responsible for administration of training related matters and small projects within Talent Development such as running our employee engagement survey, Supermood. You will be given a clear area of responsibility, which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality, and educational background. In connection to this, you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks.
There will be routine tasks and opportunities to be involved in more varied tasks across the team, in close collaboration with the Training Partner and HR Business Partner.

- Responding to training related inquiries
- Ad hoc tasks related to training
- Supporting the HR Business Partner on administration within Talent Development
- Registration of trainings in our LMS systems, including in-class, e-learning and virtual trainings
- Ad hoc tasks related to team activities
- Plan sessions for local trainings together with stakeholders
