Do you have experience as a dedicated, trusted and business oriented HR sparring partner for leaders across a business? Have you previously worked with the execution of HR annual wheel activities in close collaboration with key stakeholders and HR colleagues?

Then come join our team as an HRBP, where you primarily will collaborate closely with our leaders within our Business Support, Global Quality and Commercial functions in Denmark. Based at our Head Quarters in North Zealand (Hørsholm), you will report directly to our HR Director DK and China and form part of our global HR, Sustainability, and Internal Communications team consisting of 40+ colleagues.

The Position

As our new HRBP, you will be the one-point of contact for our leaders within their respective business functions on all HR-related topics and ensure they are supported on day-to-day HR activities including attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, compensation, development, team-building, retention, legal issues and off-boarding.

In collaboration with our leaders, you will also be responsible for running our annual HR wheel activities (Performance Cycle, Engagement Surveys, Organisation reviews) effectively and you will take an active role in developing and coaching our leaders in alignment with our overall strategy.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of cross-functional HR related projects, including optimisation of pre- and onboarding processes, providing support to employees on internal talent programmes and developing and implementing HR policies, HR tools and compliance procedures.

Your qualifications

With previous proven HRBP experience in an international setting and a Master’s degree in a relevant field, you possess strong key stakeholder management skills and can collaborate at all levels within an organisation.

Knowledge in the field of labour law is key and it is a plus if you are familiar liaising with Unions and Workers’ Councils. Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite, and some experience working with HR information systems will be an advantage.

As a person, you are out-going and curious of nature, you enjoy working with a variety of business leaders and you have a genuine interest in people. This combined with your eagerness to learn and to truly understand the business you work with, makes you a trusted and credible business partner to our leaders.

You have a can-do attitude, you are not afraid to challenge status-quo and you willingly take on a variety of HRBP-related tasks where your attention to detail, structured and efficient way of working and your collaboration skills help you get things done to deadlines.
