We offer
As C&B Consultant, you will support and advise your stakeholders, develop local reward initiatives, and implement, optimize and adapt global rewards strategies and processes to a Danish context. Our offices are based in Copenhagen and Esbjerg (headcount of 1 500). Based in Copenhagen you must expect some travel to Esbjerg. Your main stakeholders will be local HR colleagues and Headquarters C&B teams in Paris.
You will be part of a team of 4, covering C&B, International Mobility, Executive Remuneration and Business KPI updates. Due to the very broad work scope of the team, there will be plenty of learning and development opportunities depending on the personal ambitions you bring into the role. You will be surrounded by 20 other HR colleagues in our cozy and modern office, where good energy and care for each other contribute to a good work environment with a lot of fun and laughter. We love working together, whether it’s in our well-equipped office environment or virtually when enjoying up to 2 days of working from home per week as part of our hybrid working. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the realization of a pivotal part of TotalEnergie’s compensation and benefits strategy whereby ensuring competitive remuneration offered to the many local employees. The scope of the role ranges within but is not limited to the following:
- Apply individual and external benchmark analysis
- Provide expertise and insight to your HR colleagues to support the wider business on C&B issues
- Drive annual survey reporting to internal and external sources and further develop pay ranges based on market statistics and insights
- Lead end-to-end roll out of the local annual compensation review
- Support development and local adaption of global TotalEnergies remuneration initiatives, by contributing through operational implementation and analytics
- Support the annual STI payout process
- Support the annual LTI payout process
- Contribute to the creation and updates of local initiatives, programs or policies
- Continuously improve our C&B related processes.
