You will join our Human Resources department
As our new Business Partner specialising in change and people development you will be part of the HR function. Working alongside a collaborative team of HR experts split across multiple locations and countries, your role will be integral in driving an inclusive and agile global learning approach across support functions.

You will join our Human Resources department
As our new Business Partner specialising in change and people development you will be part of the HR function. Working alongside a collaborative team of HR experts split across multiple locations and countries, your role will be integral in driving an inclusive and agile global learning approach across support functions.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be focussed on both Change and learning activities including:
- Supporting the HRD in the implementation of functional change projects, including consulting and coaching stakeholders on change journey.
- Develop an inclusive and collaborative leadership framework bringing together both Group led & locally developed leadership programmes/ interventions to equip our leaders with the skills they need to lead successfully today & tomorrow (e.g. digital & sustainability leadership)
- Taking ownership for allocated people development processes, become the SME and point of contact for leadership and management capabilities.
- Working closely with our global HR community to ensure successful execution of HR programs and annual wheel.
- Establishing consultative relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand their businesses and to ensure that development programs add measurable value and are as efficient as possible. Build both internal and external network of experts to be able to leverage and share successful practices throughout the company and system

- Ability to work in a fast-paced varied environment with regularly changing outputs and parameters.
- Significant experience of working actively with large scale global change programs
- Strong project management experience and skills, ability to work with project plans and manage timelines.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable: able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
