As our new Project Lead you will be part of the HR function. Working alongside a collaborative team of HR and Support Functions experts split across multiple locations and countries, your role will be integral in implementation of significant support function transformation.

You will join our Human Resources department
As our new Project Lead you will be part of the HR function. Working alongside a collaborative team of HR and Support Functions experts split across multiple locations and countries, your role will be integral in implementation of significant support function transformation.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be heavily focussed on implementing a significant global transformation project. Your key responsibilities will include
- Acting as the key partner to the HR Director during major change projects.
- Coaching and supporting managers through a period of change, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
- Owner of the project plan, responsible for delivery tracking, project stakeholder management and benefit realisation.
- Working closely with the PMO to ensure alignment across delivery tracks.
- Identifying and managing key risks, driving risk mitigation activities in collaboration with HR Director and wider support functions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced varied environment with regularly changing outputs and parameters.
- Significant experience of working actively with large scale global change programs
- Strong project management experience and skills, ability to work with project plans and manage timelines.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
