HR Administrator - HUGO BOSS Nordic's Head Office
HUGO BOSS Nordic ApS | Copenhagen | Denmark | Full-time

We are looking for a structured and retail experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team at HUGO BOSS Nordic’s head office in Copenhagen.

What you can expect:
  • In this role you will be reporting to the HR Manager supporting the Nordic HR team by performing key administrative duties and your primary focus will be to ensure efficient, on time and correct employee administration.

  • First point of contact for any HR Related queries and responsible for the HR Retail mailbox

  • Handling daily administrative tasks in the HR team to support the Nordic Head Office and Retail in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Latvia

  • Handling HR processes and maintaining HR4me form system playing a key role in the Retail Recruitment Authorisation process, completing employment documents with support of student assistant and interface with Payroll and relevant managers.

  • Developing effective working relationship with Retail and Head Office managers.

  • Update and maintain SAP HR system with reminder functions in SAP HR

  • Ensure all filing is up to date and maintenance of GDPR

  • Responsible for maintaining the local employee handbooks

  • Support with the on-boarding and off-boarding process and maintain the probation review process

  • Collating data to producing KPI reports and maintain relevant HR tracker reports.

  • Support the HR team with recruitment activities

  • Support HR Advisor, HR Business Partner with ER related cases

  • Work on new HR projects with HR team and any other ad hoc tasks



Your profile: You are an experienced HR Administrator within Retail and have a passion for working with all aspects of HR administration. Furthermore, you have a “get it done” attitude and take pride and ownership of the HR processes. To be successful in this role, it is important that you:

  • have 1-5 years of experience within the broad HR administration spectrum of which 1-2 years has been within Retail.

  • have Educational background as Bachelor, Master or Office education within HR administration – or similar.

  • are Super user in the MS Office package and SAP HR or similar ERP system

  • are fluent and close to flawless in Danish and English in writing as well as verbally.
