Are you passionate about working with people and supporting them in moving across boarders? Do you have experience within Compensation and Benefit and maybe also with Global Job Structure projects? Then you might be our new Mobility and Compensation Specialist.

Join the best HR team in town
As Mobility and Compensation Specialist, you will be part of a small Compensation and Mobility team consisting of our Compensation & Benefits Manager and one other Mobility and Compensation Specialist.
The team is part of Demant’s HR function at the headquarter in Smørum, where we are around 40 colleagues who support an array of Demant’s brands and work closely together with a global network of HR professionals in Demant entities around the world.

Various tasks and a multitude of stakeholders
In your new role as Mobility and Compensation Specialist you can look forward to working with both internal and external stakeholders such as HR Business partners, Recruitment partners and managers from the organization and HR colleges around the world.

Below you will find some of the main areas you will be focusing on:

  • Implement and maintain a global jobs structure/career framework in collaboration with HR Business partners and relevant stakeholders around the world
  • Compensations and benefits policy and handling – e.g. managing the annual salary regulation process for Denmark, perform salary benchmarks, provide input to salary surveys, be responsible for policies regarding company cars, pensions- and health insurance etc.
  • Policy for - and actual handling of - the entire mobility process, which contains A-Z handling of all international assignments and local international transfers at the global headquarter in Denmark, as well as being knowledge and resource center for cross border transfers outside Denmark within the Demant group
  • Manage our employee share schemes together with our legal department
  • Participating in relevant new projects within the area, e.g. implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation Module


Excellent communication skills
We expect you to hold a relevant Bachelor or MSc and have at least a couple of years of practical experience with the above.
You thrive in a changing environment and can adapt to new challenges. A part of the job will be to undertake hands-on and administrative tasks related to compensation and mobility, but you will also participate in setting up new policies and processes within the area.

As you will be having a wide range of different stakeholders, we expect you to possess excellent communication skills. We expect you to be fluent in Danish and English, as English is the corporate language.
