You are pivotal in driving organizational change

In your new job, you will be part of a professional and dynamic group of app. 40 people at our HQ.

You will be supporting our Commercial Operation, Brand and Global Marketing Functions and become part of an organization embarking on a transformation and where leading change is at the essence of reaching our business ambitions. There are four HRBPs dedicated to the Hearing Instrument Group.

You will be responsible for 3 global Functions in the Hearing Instrument Group and work in close coordination with local HR Business Partners at our other sites in Poland and Switzerland. Here you will have a joint responsibility for ensuring collaboration and harmonization of Human Resource/People related processes, services, programs and approaches.

Hearing Instrument Group is on an exiting transformation journey to achieve long-term #1 position in the market. You will be a central part in supporting the strategy realization through a strong change and development focus. You will be responsible for making strategic business initiatives concrete by driving organizational effectiveness and cultural change.

Summed up you can look forward to the following tasks:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the management teams in leading/supporting the transformation of the organization, people, and culture
  • Facilitate accountability, interface and governance cross-functional discussions
  • Drive change activities and facilitate development processes that creates organizational and mindset changes
  • Deliver transformation expertise to and support management in meeting business objectives and driving effectful change
  • Sparring with management and leaders on leadership tasks, processes and behavioral change
  • Drive Organizational Capability and People Reviews and develop plans to meet identified challenges.
  • Being an integrated part of the execution of the business strategy
  • Drive annual HR processes such as Performance management (align KPI’s, goal setting, incentive allocation and year-end review), Drive Succession Management/Talent Flow processes
  • Managing and driving the Employee Engagement Process (PULSE)

Solid HR experience and expert communication skills

In order to be a good fit for the job, it is important that you have strong experience from an HR Business Partner role where you have supported global business functions, driving change initiatives and working with organizational design in an international setting.

We hope to find the following in your skillset:

  • Experience with organizational design and implementation
  • Experience in change management, specifically within organizational effectiveness mindset and behavioral change and company culture
  • Strong business / commercial understanding; enabling good judgment and participation in senior leadership decision-making activities.
  • A mindful person that actively utilizes data and analytics to enable stronger decision-making processes.
  • An independent, self-starter who needs little supervision, yet highly collaborative and adept at working with leaders who have strong personalities.

On the personal side, you are a candid communicator and fully master stakeholder management in a matrix-organization. You are good at building relationships with people at all levels of the organization with high levels of integrity and authenticity and hold a strong interest in understanding the business across the value chain.

Your experience has given you a unique ability to combine a strategic mindset with execution skills in a result-driven approach. This combined with your excellent presentation and communication skills gives you the ability to motivate and inspire wherever you go.

You will report directly to the Director of HR Business Partnering for the Hearing Instrument Group
