The position as HR Student Worker offers an opportunity to gain insight and experience in the daily activities in an HR department within a fast-growing global tech company. As Student worker, you will be taking an active part in the Payroll & Admin team, located in Brøndby.

The Payroll & Admin team is part of the People and Organization´s team, consisting of four HR Business Partners and two Recruitment Specialists who report to the VP of People & Organization. The HR Admin team consists of a Payroll Specialist, two HR Analyst and a HR Coordinator who all report to the Payroll & Admin Manager. With our experienced team of HR professionals, this student position comes with an unique opportunity to learn and build the foundation to work in HR in your future career.

We are looking for a student worker who can preferably work 15-20 hours a week. We understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies and are flexible around your working days.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

In your daily work, you will be responsible for creating and updating employee data in our HR System, called myHR. This will include reporting of joiners and leavers, as well as support in relation to resignations, addendums, onboarding and offboarding. You will also have a key role in supporting the arrangement of our quarterly Milestone Boot Camp for new hires.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Office Vibe support
  • Ad hoc tasks including different types of HR admin task
  • Support HR inbox queries
  • Additional projects

WHO ARE YOU?

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor level student, preferably within the field of Human Resource Management/Business Administration or alike.

We expect you to:

  • Preferably have work experience within an international company
  • Be an experienced Microsoft Office user (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Are strongly motivated to acquire new and deeper knowledge of HR in an international business setting
  • Coordinator and administrative skills
