As a Senior HR Business Partner, you hold a holistic and broad “one Terma” business view in the way you work with your stakeholders in the business. You champion the creation of organisations that deliver good business because the people in it thrive and develop.
You will be part of a Business Partner team of 5, who work in a committed community dedicated to continuously developing the value HR Business Partnering brings to the business. To succeed in your role, you will also liaise with your colleagues in the HR organisation across HR Operations, HR Development and the HR Business Partner team as well as across other Terma Group Functions.

- Member of R&D leadership team, and trusted advisor to the SVP of R&D and other senior leadership roles in R&D.
- Lead and implement strategic initiatives related to e.g., talent development and culture in line with business goals.
- Identify and address organisational challenges and facilitate organisational transformations.
- Coach and develop leaders on their everyday leadership in line with the overall leadership approach of Terma.
- Run annual-cycle activities within employee performance, development, and wellbeing.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on people-related matters (attraction to exit).
- Be a champion of diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.

- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role (e.g., as a consultant), preferably from a large company with full value chain where you’ve worked directly with the R&D function (or a consultancy working with large companies).
