JOIN OUR C&B TEAM IN LYNGBY
You will become part of our People & Communication team; we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. As the C&B Manager you will take on the responsibility for our Group C&B deliveries such as bonus programmes, salary review processes, employee benefits, insurance, pension plans. You will also conduct compensation analysis and develop compensation policies.

EXPERIENCED C&B MANAGER
As a C&B Manager, you will provide support and advice in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, in alignment with our strategy. You will work closely with your colleagues in our HR leadership team to further develop the C&B function and collaborate with relevant colleagues in the business and in other Business support functions. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation. Also, you will play a key role in the upcoming digitalization of our C&B function. You will work in a global role based in our Lyngby office in Denmark.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving the group bonus processes involving process responsibility as well as contributing to developing Group and local bonus models.
  • Analysing and overseeing COWI's different medical insurance and pension programmes. Analysing where COWI can benefit from globalising local policies. Liaising with medical and insurance brokers.
  • Driving the annual salary review processes in collaboration with our Finance department
  • Driving projects related to compensation & benefits analysis

Furthermore, you'll have:

  • Master's degree in HR, business administration or related field
  • 7 years or more experience within the Compensation & Benefit area
  • Proven track record regarding bonus programmes, salary review process, local and global employee benefits
  • Knowledge of HR IT systems and experience in handling operations
  • Knowledge of compensation methodology (Mercer, Hay, Watson&Wyatt or the like)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in Danish and English both verbal and written
