KOMPAN is a world leader in the industry and is now searching for a HR Business Partner to join our Group HR team based at our headquarter in Odense, Denmark.
Global HR, system and processes
To take on this role, you have a deep interest in and a solid understanding of HR systems and processes. You can connect HR processes, system architecture and data with our organizational and business targets.
Focused on making a difference for the business, you will be first point of contact for colleagues regarding the use of the system, and ensuring our main processes are supported and executed securely through our HR platform. This means you are the process owner of our most important HR processes and are to ensure that we get the organizational impact we aim for.
You are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders and thrive in an international environment. Not only will you get deep insight into and thorough understanding of our global organisation, but you will also build a strong network and be able to influence how we develop our HR system and our HR processes throughout KOMPAN. You will be given a great chance to further develop your HR toolbox and work together with highly skilled colleagues across KOMPAN.

- Roll out, use and utilization of our global HR system and HR processes
- Facilitation of global processes and ensuring we get the effect we are aiming for
- System integrations with internal and external system and processes
- HR projects - also reaching outside the HRIS tasks
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience and has successfully operated as HR resource in an international setup
- A proven record of accomplishment within HRIS
- A deep knowledge of HRIS, LMS and other related systems
- Knowledge and experience in management/leadership training is relevant
You are fluent in English and other languages such as French or Spanish could be relevant. You will work from HQ in Odense, Denmark.
