Would you like to be the main responsible for Nordic RSC’s employment life cycle? Do you want to support employees and management in a regulated company enabling the green agenda? And do you want a unique opportunity to develop your own role in a company in transition? Then this position as HR Business Partner for Nordic RSC might be the right opportunity for you!

Independent and all-round HR Business Partner

As you will be the only dedicated HR colleague in the company, your role will be broad and independent.

During the first half year, you will have many projects, establishing policies and processes in our newly established company and setting up employee data in our HR system.

After the initial phase, you will be responsible for the entire HR spectrum ranging from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Employment Contracts & Terms, to promoting satisfaction at work, facilitating performance evaluations and developing the organisational culture.

As we are posting colleagues to and from our Nordic owners, you will coordinate the dialogue towards the HR teams in these companies.

Over time, your role will most likely become more strategic, by supporting and sparring with the leadership team.

You will be one of the six colleagues in the Business Support team, covering Finance, HR, Procurement & Contract Management, Legal, Facility Management, Communication and Management Support. The position can be 30-37 hours per week, depending on your competencies and preferences.

Experienced HR Business Partner

You have solid experience from a similar role, for instance in an international environment. Most importantly, you have a solid knowledge of Danish employment and labour law as well as compensation & benefits, and you are experienced in recruitment.

You are enthusiastic, focused and detail-oriented and highly organised. You are also respectful and have a professional focus on the employees’ well-being. You are able to communicate clearly and interact effortlessly with your stakeholders. In addition, you have a positive attitude and are fluent in English.

It would be an advantage if you are also skilled at running processes and experienced in facilitating organisational development.

Nordic RSC

The Nordic Regional Security Coordinator (RSC) is a joint office for the four electricity Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in the Nordic region: Energinet, Statnett, Svenska Kraftnät and Fingrid. We support the national TSOs in maintaining the operational security of the power systems across Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Nordic RSC is a data-driven organisation with 40-50 colleagues, mainly engineers and IT professionals. Today, we operate as a department in Energinet but from July 2022, Nordic RSC will be established as an independent company. We have a fun working environment in our office in Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad, but we also offer workplace flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
