Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption.

Kamstrup operates four manufacturing sites in Stilling, Denmark and one in Atlanta, USA. We have around 450 in our Supply Chain organization where 240 of those works in the daily operations . As our new HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted business partner to the employees and management team in all people and organizational related topics across our Supply Chain.

You will have direct reference to our Vice President HR, and become a part of a HR & Leadership and Development team of ten dedicated colleagues with very broad responsibilities who all are eager to create value for the organization. The team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and we strive every day to support and bring more value to the business.

Ambitious HR professional with experience from an international supply chain environment
In the newly established position as HR Business Partner for Supply Chain, you will advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competency and organizational development to ensure the best possible performance in order to achieve our business strategic ambitions.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation of plans, policies and procedures
  • Acting as a trustworthy and professional business partner to managers supporting them in all HR related topics throughout the employee life cycle
  • Supporting and advise managers in HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning, performance management and competency development
  • Implementing and facilitate training programs and workshops including developing leadership capabilities
  • Collaborating closely with representatives from unions and cooperation committees
  • Complying with policies and procedures, including collective agreements
  • Conducting HR training and support for functional processes such as e.g. salary planning

Personality matters
As a person you are used to working in a dynamic environment, where the pace is high and where you work along multiple tracks at the same time – also on an operational level. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytic and structured approach to your work that enables you to prioritize efficiently.

You have a Master’s degree in e.g. HR, Strategy and Management or similar and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international manufacturing organization.

In addition it is a requirement that you have:

  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of HR disciplines such as performance management, training and organizational development
  • Working experience with Danish employment law, collective agreements and collaboration/negotiation with unions
  • Expert knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written
