In this interesting role, you will be responsible for the HR activities at our Søborg site with a diverse, international workforce of 150 colleges covering the entire Terma value chain at all organizational levels.
You will be part of a highly motivated, competent HR Team of HR Business Partners with real business impact in an international technology company. The HRBP Team is part of “One-HR” which consists of 14 great employees placed primarily in Aarhus and Grenaa.

You will be part of a highly motivated, competent HR Team of HR Business Partners with real business impact in an international technology company. The HRBP Team is part of “One-HR” which consists of 14 great employees placed primarily in Aarhus and Grenaa.
Your key responsibilities will be to ensure the resolution and execution of tactical and operational HR tasks:
- Be the go-to-person on HRBP-related questions at the Søborg site covering all people pipeline activities for Staff functions, Technology & Innovation, and our commercial organization – always working in close collaboration with other great HR colleagues
- Act as an integrated, accepted, and value-adding member of specific leadership teams across the functions, by delivering value in the development and implementation of the business strategy
- Drive different HR yearly circle activities in your area of responsibility – e.g. the People Review process, the Organizational Review process, the Salary Review, TerMus, and various development activities, etc.
- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process at selected positions from Director level and below, primary at the Søborg location, and from time to time also at the Aarhus location
- Participate in the planning and facilitation of leadership team development, individual leadership sparring, and key employee development in your area of responsibility
- Your direct Manager and nearest colleagues from HR DK are placed at our head office in Lystrup, meaning that you must expect some ad-hoc traveling to Aarhus, as they also will join you in Søborg from time to time

In addition to this, we expect you to have a:
- Proven track record of 2-3 years of experience with relevant HR Partnering, local HR Manager roles, or Associate HRBP tasks on your track record, covering the activities scheduled above - preferably within international commercial and engineering organizations
- HR Business Partnering foundation and toolbox in place combined with the will to learn and the ability to join a steep learning curve - you are eager to translate business objectives into high-performing HR Business Partnering behavior and results
- Relevant academic background at BA level as a minimum combined with solid business know-how
- Solid HR Partnering toolbox - preferably DISC certification and Mercer IPE certification, and possibly coaching certification, employment law certification, HR Business Partnering courses
- Preferably you bring concrete experience with both initiating and supporting organizational change and transformations –including a foundation set of competencies in organizational design and development, change management, communication, and stakeholder management
