Become a trusted advisor – and build trustworthy partnerships  
The role as HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on, and it includes responsibilities such as improving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, and providing leadership coaching. To us, our HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, but you will of course not be alone in all of this – you will lead and develop your team currently consisting of two dedicated HR colleagues to provide excellent co-worker experience. And further we have a lawyer to help with the legal employment aspects. Your HR duties will include several different activities and responsibilities, and as our HR Manager you will get to support us on our journey as a purpose-driven company by: 

  • Developing and implementing the HR strategy and initiatives so it aligns with the overall strategy
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees
  • Managing the recruitment, selection and onboarding process
  • Delivering high qualified HR consultancy and support to business leaders and employees
  • Focus on organizational development and change management

You know the HR game and dare to challenge it
As our new HR Manager, you have proven working experience within HR and have a successful track record of working in an organized and independent fashion. You are an experienced advisor with solid knowledge in HR, which includes a relevant degree and significant hands-on experience – most importantly, you have a strong interest and proven experience in contributing to business performance through HR. 

As a person we expect you to be driven by business impact and with capability to build strong relationships to the business. You thrive working in an international environment and know the value of contributing to the success of your stakeholders. You can communicate with ease, no matter who’s in front of you and have experience developing and driving development initiatives. Lastly, we expect that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.
