HR is anchored as a group function with reference to the CEO, and the position is based in Rødovre. You will be part of a global, dedicated and experienced team of 7 HR Business Partners placed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland, and you will report to the Vice President of HR. You will work with managers on all levels which requires the ability to act on both day-to-day challenges, to propose initiatives and solutions at a highly strategic level as well as implementing operational solutions. We have an ambitious journey ahead of us in order to deliver on the Flügger strategy, and the HR team plays an integral part.

Take part in the journey



As an HR Business Partner you will play a key role in:

  • Developing and driving processes and structures that add value to the business (recruitment, preboarding and onboarding, employee exits, and HR procedures etc.)
  • Leading and executing on initiatives related to the HR Annual wheel in order to promote a performance-driven culture (appraisals, performance board, succession planning, employee survey)
  • Analysing key data points, such as sick leave, salary percentage and turnover, and subsequently translating it into key initiatives that can be implemented in the business in order to further improve employee engagement, retention and efficiency etc.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining internal databases and guidelines
  • Supervising compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements
  • Advising leaders in the handling of guidelines and procedures and provide support in legal personnel matters regarding recruitment, redundancies, salary negotiations and sick leave cases among others
  • Periodically leading or contributing to selected projects in HR

As a person, you are ambitious, proactive and focused on delivering business value. You are comfortable both with developing strategic initiatives requiring conceptual skills as well as most importantly implementing operational solutions. You are a team player and have great interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and trust. Your working style is well-structured, and you take pride in delivering high quality on time.

You are experienced in fulfilling a role as advisor in HR-related matters, applying your analytical skills to the organisational level. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in order to ensure proper anchoring and execution in the organisation.

You most likely have an educational background within HR, Business, Management or similar and have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. Most important is your business understanding and ability to truly combine business and organisation.
