HR Tech Recruitment Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join HR tech recruitment team and help us attract and recruit the best talent to our growing organisation. You will primarily be responsible for recruitments within tech platform and you will be looking for talents within mobile development, frontend and backend development but also Data scientists.

In this opportunity you will be working close with the managers and teams to ensure that we are on top of the needs forward and do smart recruitments. You will also be the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.

This position will be based at either our office in Copenhagen or Malmö, and you will need to be flexible between these two offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support hiring managers with their recruitment needs with a focus on IT/tech positions
• Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university collaborations and employee referrals
• Gather job specifications from hiring managers and create solid and enticing job descriptions
• Manage applicants through our ATS, Teamtailor
• Screen and schedule interviews with candidates
• Follow-up with hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Plan, organise and attend in-house and external recruiting events
• Help maintain and drive the unique culture in the platform team to retain and attract employees through academic and social events, blogs etc.
• Drive the entire candidate relocation process on an as need basis

YOUR PROFILE

• 1-3 years of HR recruitment experience within tech/IT
• Experience sourcing candidates, building pipelines, and screening and interviewing candidates
• Curious about the IT field
• Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)

To be successful in this role you are a service-minded person with strong collaboration skills. You are out going and open minded. At last, you have a strong understanding of business needs and willingness to act fast when needed.
