IT Recruiter

Due to our continued growth, we are in a need of new colleagues for our French recruitment division.

In our recruitment team, we have broad diversity in skills and experience and we are on the look for both: very strong profiles and juniors who want to become a master in IT recruitment.

As an IT recruiter you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT Specialist, assessing candidates and matching the consultant skills with what our client needs. We prefer that you have at least some experience with sourcing and delivering IT Consultants and within at least some of these disciplines:

Database search coupled with proactive hunting of high-end business- and IT Consultants through online services;
(We have our own database which will be a huge support to your daily work);
Contacting IT professionals to conduct CV screening and cross-checking with Clients needs/requests;
Conducting online/f2f interviews;
Participating in the development and overall optimization projects to support growth of the organization.
Our Sourcing team of professionals is the core of our business. This is where we ensure the right match between Clients’ needs and those of our IT Specialists. From search and finding the right Specialist, and qualifying a valid match - to working together with the IT Consultants ensuring that CVs and Consultant presentations delivered to our Clients reflect the high quality that ProData Consult is known for delivering.

We expect you to have:

a strong discipline and responsibility for your own production and delivery;
good people- and communication skills;
a good understanding of the importance of balancing speed and quality in delivery;
strong English and French skills;
a general interest in IT and new technologies.

.. that get a kick out of fast searching/hunting and talking with IT Consultants supporting them both practically providing expert guidance on how to ensure that their unique IT profile and competencies are clearly conveyed in their CV. Our verification processes are handled both by phone and through personal meetings with the IT Specialist.

Our professional-quality process is essential in order to ensure that the IT Consultant is not only a match for the Clients’ request but is the perfect match also in experience, skills, branch, soft values etc.
