Join an international HR department within an exciting green industry
Are you studying a Bachelor degree within Communication, and would you like the opportunity to develop your skills and get hands-on experience? Are you highly structured and able to keep the overview of many different tasks simultaneously?
You will join an HR department with approx. 50 employees spread across Europe and the USA. Your primary task will be to support the Recruitment team consisting of five Recruitment Partners and the Head of Recruitment, and your secondary task will be supporting the HR department on ad hoc basis.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…support the Recruitment team with various administrative tasks. In this role, you will work with hiring manager across the organisation and support them administratively throughout the entire recruitment process.
Apart from the day-to-day administrative tasks, you will also have the opportunity to touch upon other HR tasks, e.g. employer branding and the Diversity & Inclusion project.
Your primary tasks will include:
Support the hiring managers on the online recruitment tool HR Manager Talent Recruiter Sending and generating recruitment tests Keeping the overview of open recruitment projects across the organisation Supporting the HR Business Partners with administrative tasks Various ad hoc tasks
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is studying a bachelor’s degree within corporate communication or similar and has at least two years left of his/her studies. You are an excellent communicator, and you have a flair for social media and writing professional content in English. It is important that you are outgoing and service-minded, and that you thrive in a role where you will talk to many different people across the organisation.
