In this role you will lead a specific defined project which includes; managing budget, tasks and people within the given timeline and project frame. The specific project is the HR Transformation Project for DK&NE and is a temporary role until the full implementation of the new HR operating model has been achieved. Expected full implementation is June 2021 with the potential of an extension to support other global HR Projects.

How to contribute to our vision

As our new Project Manager for the HR Transformatiion Project, your tasks will be:

  • Manage and drive projects including stakeholder management – local and global
  • Work within the defined project framework to achieve full implementation within timeframe
  • Co-ordinate between HR departments (local, regional and global), IT, local stakeholders, local HR management,Global Project Leads and in general ensure good stakeholder management to ensure excellent project execution
  • Flow-up with (financial) counterpart’s on budgets and project milestones
  • Ensuring a strong collaboration with external vendors and other suppliers
  • Lead the local project team and ensure timely deliveries on requests from external vendors
  • Ensuring ongoing delivery for agreed tasks within the project workstreams; Systems & Data, Change Management, Go live of Global Processes, Employee Experience Portal, Workforce Admin and Payroll
  • Mitigate risk and present solutions to the relevant stakeholders on deliveries (risk management)
  • Motivate and engage both HR colleagues, local project team and business stakeholders in times of change

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a colleague that has…

  • Successful completed education or university degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management & Leadership or similar relevant education.
  • At least 3-5 years professional work experience in a similar position in an international environment.
  • Proven track record in the delivery of Project Management, certificates is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Diplomatic team player, experienced in setting priorities and in dealing with different stakeholders on different local,regional and global organizational levels
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Positive attitude, open and curious mind-set, analytic, structured and detailed way of working
  • Self-directed with the ability to develop strong, credible relationships and to take initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
