People & Culture P&C Region NCE Group Functions

You will be part of an inspiring and committed team of HR business partners supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. You will partner with our business leaders to carry out Vestas’ strategy and promote the people and culture agenda. You will work in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the HR organisation (People & Culture) and a dotted line to the business. Your focus area will be selected business leaders and their management teams, primarily in our R&D organisation, located at our offices in Aarhus.

As HR Business Partner you bring business understanding, change management, consulting and learning know-how to your partnership with the line managers, so that you together create value. You will support line managers in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, by having an informed opinion, and by aligning capabilities to match demands. Further you will focus on strategy execution by utilising relevant HR processes and tools.

Responsibilities

You will partner with our people leaders at senior level to carry out the organisation's strategy and direct the People & Culture initiatives and activities which will contribute even more towards our diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be within:

  • Partner with people leaders at senior level by providing coaching, counseling and recommend solutions
  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner on the functional leadership team
  • Direct the global talent and succession agenda for the functional area in close collaboration with the business leaders
  • Handle the yearly People & Culture cycle
  • Partner with the leaders of the functional area across all aspects of the global HR arena
  • Promote the HR strategy and coordinate related activities across the global organisation
  • Provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution

Qualifications

You have a solid HR toolbox and proven professional experience as strategic business advisor in HR Partner/HR Manager roles in a large global organisation. In addition, you possess the following qualifications:

  • A proven history of creating impact with talent interventions and organisational efficiencies
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree within HR or similar
  • General HR certifications (e.g. capability test, employment law, coaching, team development, personality assessment)
  • Experience within workforce planning, change management and organisational efficiency
  • Experience within talent management and coaching
  • Ability to solve both operational tasks as well as tactical and strategic tasks to support the business
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
