People & Culture P&C Region NCE Service

You will be part of an inspiring and committed team of HR Business Partners supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. You will partner with our business leaders to carry out Vestas’ strategy and promote the people and culture agenda. You will work in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the HR organisation (People & Culture) and a dotted line to the business. Your focus area will be selected business leaders and their management teams, especially in Offshore activities in Service and Construction.

Responsibilities

You will partner with our people leaders at the senior level to carry out the business strategy and direct the People & Culture initiatives and activities which will contribute even more towards our diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the local organisation and ensure we are following the local labour law including collective agreements and internal policies with a focus on our technical field organisation in Service and Construction
  • Coordinate with the P&C Service Desk on local activities
  • Formulate winning strategies by having an informed opinion about what the business needs to do in alignment with the human dimensions of our company
  • Support the focus on execution and fulfilment of business strategy by aligning and deploying HR processes, policies, systems and programs to enable accomplishment of the vision and mission
  • Support the development of high performing business teams
  • Being a change agent and diagnose systemic organisational issues and create plans for how to implement change and make it stick
  • Management of the relationship with the local works councils and unions, including negotiation of agreements with a focus on our field operations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and experience from a similar position in an international company, working with HR Management and Business Partnering
  • Demonstrated HR generalist, experience in Danish labour law and working with blue-collar organisations
  • Solid business insight and ability to guide and influence business leaders
  • Experience within workforce planning, change management and organisational efficiency
  • A structured approach to problem-solving, designing and managing HR projects and programs
  • Experience in handling works councils and unions
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing

  • Can communicate effectively at all organisational levels
  • Capable of diagnosing problems and identify and implement appropriate solutions
  • Great administrative skills and able to prioritise and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision

Additional information
Your primary work location will be at our office in Aarhus N, Denmark.

Some travel activity is to be expected.
