At our HQ in Ballerup, you will become part of Group HR and surround yourself with experienced HR business partners and specialists. You will join a team of 10 competent and ambitious colleagues in Talent & Development, who are driving the recruitment and talent development at GN.
Assist us in providing excellent support to the GN business
As our new HR student assistant, you will carry out a variety of administrative and analytical tasks to support our recruitment processes as well as our talent attraction and development efforts.
More specifically, you will:
Beside your main tasks, you will have plenty of room to influence your position and take up new and exciting responsibilities. We are ready to challenge and support you in your professional and personal development.
You will work 15-20 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will plan your working hours together, so they fit with your studies.
Ambitious team player with an interest in people data and providing excellent support to the business
In this role, it is an advantage to be curious by nature and motivated to perform. You are a team player with solid analytical skills, and you approach your tasks with a positive attitude and a flair for good service. Assist us in providing excellent support to the GN business
As our new HR student assistant, you will carry out a variety of administrative and analytical tasks to support our recruitment processes as well as our talent attraction and development efforts.
More specifically, you will:
- Support the recruitment processes in our recruitment system
- Update, produce and publish written material for our intranet and improve guidelines and templates
- Prepare our GN Introduction Day for new employees by managing invitations, coordinating speakers and ordering merchandise, etc.
- Support the talent development initiatives
- Assist with planning and executing career fairs
- Extract people data and run analysis and reports for the team (for example in Excel)
- Support the Assessment Days for our Global GN Graduate Program
- Prepare and review presentations in PowerPoint

- Study HRM, IT, Communications, or another relevant education – probably at BA level expecting to start your master’s this year. The most important is that you have an interest in working in a global HR organisation
- Preferably have some work experience from a private organization that has given you insights into organizational processes
- Have great analytical skills and a flair for writing
- Are expert with the MS Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Have good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
