How to contribute to our vision
For our Global Training Excellence department, we are looking for a Competence Manager to take the lead on driving development and maintenance of part of the global training portfolio. You will be part of a dedicated global team that leads development projects within learning and development targeted at site personnel across the globe. We develop and manage competence frameworks and training programs.
We are looking for a new colleague with a personal drive to manage and improve the way we train the technicians working at sites. You will take full responsibility for the competence area that is assigned to you; you engage proactively with the stakeholders and decision makers striving to provide the best solutions.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. The ideal candidate holds strong Project Management skills; the ability to apply personal analytical skills in the Training Needs Analysis phase and conveying your conclusions to team members as solid grounds for development of training solutions.
You have great communication skills and a solid understanding of the diplomacy needed to work in an international setting with multiple cultures including different learning and training cultures.
You can relate to the operational and technical environment that our target audience works in.
