Your tasks – as an intern you will:
As an Intern, we expect you to be openminded and culturally aware as you will work closely with colleagues from the global HQ as well as the local factories.
Most importantly, become part of a dynamic work environment where new tasks and projects continually arise for you to engage with.
Professional and personal qualifications:
We envision that you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, International Business, Communication, Business Development Engineering, or similar. If you have experience with HR, it will be a big advantage, but we value your personality the most, as we can teach you and are willing to give you time to learn.
In addition, we would like you to be:
Internship details: The internship typically runs full-time from February 2025 or September 2025. However, we are flexible with the start date and duration, and ideally, we expect the internship to last between 3 to 6 months.

- Perform various practical tasks within the HR Team
- Participate in ongoing projects
- Drive projects individually
- Coordinate global employee engagement surveys
- Coordinate internal HR Community team meetings
- Handle communication tasks and create presentations
- Update and enhance systems and HR-data
- Follow up on KPIs

Professional and personal qualifications:
